Nothing is more important to us than the health and welfare of our fellow AA members and their family and friends. If you haven’t heard, in response to the concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have cancelled the 33rd International AA Men’s Conference scheduled for April 3,4, and 5th 2020 in Cleveland Ohio. We are taking all necessary precautions, and best health practices as recommended by our public Government officials and by public health experts.
In consultation with the Advisory Board, we have been allowed to reschedule the conference until April 9,10, 11, and 12th 2021. The location remains the same as does all expenses to include Hotel rates, registration and Banquet.
Questions have been asked as to how refunds for this year cancelled event may be obtained for those who desire. We as a committee have agreed upon three options. They are as follows.
Receive a full refund for registration, $45.00, or $115.00 for registration and a paid for Banquet
Receive a refund of $85.00 and a Conference polo shirt (value $25) for Banquet registrants, or $20.00 and a polo shirt for basic registrants.
Have your previously paid amount carried over to next year’s Conference

We together are all facing a situation that has never been experienced before. Daily, we are facing unprecedented challenges that have interrupted life as we normally know it.
